I received an email from the BBC earlier which confirms their biggest education offer ever.
BBC Two, CBBC, BBC Red Button, BBC iPlayer and online will deliver for children, teachers and parents. Starting on Monday 11th January CBBC will schedule a three-hour block of primary school programming including BBC Live Lessons and BBC Bitesize Daily.
This will be supported by other educational based including Our School, Celebrity Supply Teacher, Horrible Histories and Art Ninja.
BBC Two will be focused on secondary school aged children with at least two hours of weekday content. This will include Bitesize Daily secondary shows complemented by classic drama adaptations alongside history and factual titles.
The TV offer sits alongside online content through -
Primary and Secondary lessons available including Maths and English. A great response from BBC Two, CBBC, BBC iPlayer and BBC Bitesize and hopefully one that will make a big difference.
