Some of the UK and North Easts biggest companies are coming along to the Second Blyth Valley Apprenticeships Fair hosted by me and my office in partnership with DWP.
The event brings together dozens of organisations from hospitality and retail to manufacturing and transport each offering apprenticeships, jobs and employment opportunities.
With over 30 employers offering hundreds of apprenticeship programs.
You will also have the opportunity to talk to key local employers throughout the the day and help will be on hand from National Careers Service with CV writing , interview prep, and supporting applicants.
Apprenticeships are an exciting option for all ages - you'll get hands on training and the chance to put your skills in to action whilst receiving a wage (often meeting NMW / National Living Wage)
Apprenticeships are available at multiple levels from school leavers, people upskilling their careers and complete career changes. There are hundreds to choose from and some include qualifications even up to degree level.
